1. also can't share the chapter to a text to speech app.I feel like (for the chemistry books at least) formulas aren't explained very well, and the check your learning doesn't show steps on how to get to the correct answer.

2. if you only want to read your texbook it's fine, but it sucks you can't highlight anything like you can on the site and has no features for a text to speech option so you read the chapter without having to look @ the screen.

3. However, students have voiced a great deal of frustration about, and disappointment in, not having the options to highlight, add notes, and bookmark pages, which has reduced the desire to use the app.Seems great from first impression.

1. Fix OpenStax + SE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OpenStax + SE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OpenStax + SE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OpenStax + SE" » Open OpenStax + SE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OpenStax + SE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OpenStax + SE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OpenStax + SE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OpenStax + SE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OpenStax + SE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OpenStax + SE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OpenStax + SE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OpenStax + SE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OpenStax + SE not working
