Would definitely be 5 stars if there weren't so many broken links/some things don't seem to be accessible.It allows me to navigate and check my classes in the beginning of the semester, I assume the app is also good for a great many other things but I don't really play with it that often.I really love the new SRJC app! Finally I can access my SRJC portal with my phone and it looks like it should, all normal options available on a PC work the same, and its so easy to use!!Has helped especially because I've never been to the campus before! Also it's easier then pulling my schedule out as I go to class to see the class info!Great app....easy to navigate-from Google maps that lead me directly to classes or finding bookstore, student feeds, and even to the student portals.Best App!!!! plus We get a Great Message Board and Tons of Resources! including Adding Classes -easy to use, just not into...

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MySRJCApp Issues

1. Fix MySRJCApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MySRJCApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MySRJCApp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MySRJCApp" » Open MySRJCApp » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MySRJCApp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MySRJCApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MySRJCApp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MySRJCApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MySRJCApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MySRJCApp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MySRJCApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MySRJCApp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MySRJCApp not working
