1. all I kept getting was saying check your internet connection while I'm on my Android phone I don't need internet connection my network is fine I don't think this app is the best if you're in the United StatesThis app is garbage and nothing is working correctly keeps loading and loading and nothing happened...Stupid app....not working... always asking for internet connection despite of that the internet connection is working wellAlways giving message of no internet connection inspite that the network is full.

1. Fix SCIB Paints Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SCIB Paints: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SCIB Paints App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SCIB Paints" » Open SCIB Paints » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SCIB Paints » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SCIB Paints app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SCIB Paints servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SCIB Paints" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SCIB Paints app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SCIB Paints might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SCIB Paints. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SCIB Paints then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SCIB Paints not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SCIB Paints be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
