1. Are you still working on repairing this app or have you given up.@ reply #2 NOBODY is answering me in live support for weeks!!! @ Reply -- I tried and it's asking to put my credit card again in order to access a free trial 🙄 I tried the other way in request and got ignored.

2. And the trial period must have been extended so users can identify the cons relating the product.. I am giving the product a 1 star as because the short time of the trial period.Paying member.

4. Got ignoredI logged on to logify yesterday only and have a 1-week subscription, but its not working.... what is the issue???After the other update it was not opening, I sent an email I got assistance to update again then all was perfect.

5. Multiple updates on app, info boxes saying app being worked on and now working, then told overload on servers due to more subscribers, but as of 3 Feb, ive still not had one notification of a login or out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Logify Issues

1. Fix Logify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Logify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Logify App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Logify" » Open Logify - WhatsApp Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Logify » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Logify - WhatsApp Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Logify servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Logify - WhatsApp Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Logify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Logify might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Logify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Logify then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Logify not working


2. Fix Logify Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Logify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Logify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Logify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
