1. It's nice to have a restaurant app where ordering food is pretty much always guaranteed to be a smooth, easy experience.Update: Customer service contacted me and were able to complete setup from their end.
2. The app still makes customizing an order very easy but I wish it would have been able to apply the 2 for 1 price when I checked out.
3. Adding a coupon and applying other rewards is not super intuitive, but the ability to order ahead is great, and definitely is a service I use very regularly.
4. Its super easy to use and easy to order, except they are constantly having issues that makes it impossible to place your order.
5. Rewards points are easy to view and update promptly after an order.
6. Overall Noodles has great customer service, and their app is an extension of their food, which is delicious and worth ordering!Works pretty great! Overall not too confusing, although if you're new at it, it takes a little bit to get used to.
7. Apparently it got far enough that they can send promotional emails, though.I get that they changed their reward system to be point based rather than the spontaneous coupon whenever they decided it would be a good time - but this new app has a big problem that needs addressing.
8. Tried to order again tonight and it said delivery isn't available in my area?! Tried to order for pick up, got all the way through my order, and it said error try again later.
9. On top of that, it cant seems to remember your saved credit card info as well! These are really simple problems, and they should have really been fixed by now.Update: I emailed the address provided in the review reply and within 24 hours, they had me all fixed up.
10. It would be great if they had an option to opt out of utensils.This app is so easy to use and lets you make whatever changes/substitutions you want to.
11. The rewards points idea is GREAT! And they can be used any time - no expiration!!! I'm so happy about that, and very glad they changed it.
