1. So gross!!! I am lucky if I call the store in time and someone answers to fix it before my order is picked up.... small things like this in an app matter!It's been over a month of a constant barrage of text notifications, emails and in-app advertisements for this Watermelon Breeze which looks enticing.... too bad I can't actually order it because the app won't let me.

2. Can't choose location or order or anything... One would think that with Jamba's budget they would have this stuff worked out! -Old: I tried to use the points I earned to get a discounted smoothie but they already changed the system and told me I had to download the app to get my rewards.

3. the next day I see a charge on my account for the smoothie I never picked up since the app kept saying error and wouldn't complete my order.

4. Not sure if the problem is that not all stores participate in the program, but the app doesn't recognize the store even though it shows up on the map (once I zoom in all the way).

5. Very frustrating.I keep trying to sign up but a window saying "Validation error" keeps popping up and I'm unable to complete the signup.

6. I have tried multiple times to place an order via the app and via the website and can not get the order to go through.

10. Notifications should have options so I can get alerts I want (ex: turn of promos, turn on expiring rewards), things need to stop moving around.

1. Fix Jamba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jamba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jamba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jamba" » Open Jamba » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jamba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jamba app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jamba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jamba" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jamba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jamba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jamba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jamba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jamba not working

2. Fix Jamba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jamba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jamba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jamba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
