1. I had a $25 gift card and my order came to $22.36 and I wanted to leave an 18% tip but was only able to leave $1.64 because the app doesn't allow combining 2 forms of payment.

2. Never have had any issues with the app or the service!Easy to navigate through the app, great menu selections with thorough descriptions of what each dish includes, accompanied by a drop-down menu for customizing any menu selection you order.

3. There are situations where I want to see the menu because a friend or family member is somewhere else and placing the order online or in their app.

4. Edit: I removed a star since customer service has stopped responding and claims they "can't reproduce the issue" I am experiencing.The entire process was super easy.

1. Fix Applebee's Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Applebee's: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Applebee's App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Applebee's" » Open Applebee's » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Applebee's » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Applebee's app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Applebee's servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Applebee's" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Applebee's app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Applebee's might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Applebee's. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Applebee's then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Applebee's not working

2. Fix Applebee's Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Applebee's be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Applebee's not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Applebee's may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
