1. So hard to fix a simple just keep talking do that do this we already do what ever thay us to do nothing happen simple request for a client hard to do it.HORRIFIC! it is not user friendly.. its always a loop to get into settings and then once there is "some" progress its always not available.This app is not letting me check my doorbell camera, what is going on with this app ,please correct this problem, thank you!! I HAVE HAD PROBLEM WITH THIS APP SINCE DAY ONE IT NOT A GOOD APP,GETTING FALSE DOOR alarm all during the night!! Please fix the problem please!!Doorbell Camara goes out a lot.

2. The camera in the front has a very poor picture at night.We been reach out for almost 6 months until now our request still on hold, and they never make and action just telling them, only i wish fix the camera inside to we can see outdoor who behind the door .

3. I've asked continously to have our back door alarm repaired... horrible customer service.

4. By the time we open the app on our phone whoever was at the door is gone.

5. No false alarms with no captured video to see who broke in your car or stole your yard items.

6. I can say for the 2 years I've had their service the app does not capture or alert in real time.

7. We get notified when someone is at the front door.

8. It needs to be able to adjust the motion sensitivity in smaller increments instead of none to halfway and then extremely sensitive.

11. The website even has a link for the old app but it no longer exists in the play store or my download library.It's a fairly decent app.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall NorthStar Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NorthStar Home then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NorthStar Home not working
