Why should I report an Issue with Heyy - Friends, Chat & More?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of NF Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. No friends her, just ads.First things first when I tried to download it, it started installing then started downloading again.. secondly, most have complained about not being able to upload a photo and surprise surprise it's still happening, why bother creating an app what doesn't work!!This app is sad it keeps stopping right after I put my google in, if you want a good app at least let people use it like come on that's the whole point of making one.

2. Just fix you damm app it's not that hard if you can make it you can fix it get it together seriously.I honestly don't like this app I downloaded it swiped on a few profiles and then it immediately said I had no wi-fi even though I do I even went out of the restarted it and went back in and it's still the same thingIt says "no internet" but it will still show me ads and doesn't show me ads when I turn of the wifi.

3. The plus button to upload simply does nothing, making this app completely broken for me.Would've loved to have used the app, but while setting up my account, it wouldn't let me upload a photo, despite uninstalling and reinstalling.

4. When I finally got an account, The app kept crashing/ closing & if I made any changes to my profile (such as adding interest tags), I would again get the cursed forever loading wheel & nothing would save.

5. First problem was that when I uploaded a pic of my choice during the registration phase, I was left stuck there with a loading wheel.

6. I've had the app for almost 2 weeks and I finally just got my first friend request and when accepted they just disappeared, so the "new friends" tab us just for show.

7. If you scroll too much it for the apps liking it will just tell you no internet even though it does have internet because it can still show you ads.

8. There's one picture that you have, a bio that no one can see, the dm is weird, there's no settings, the filter doesn't have an age filter just gender and whether or not you want your country or ALL.

9. It's stupid.The account creation process will not let me get past the upload image part.

10. Maybe have a skip button, unless you want no new users?Terrible app.

11. Don't install, it's a waste of time.So I tried to use this app & already got hit with issues.

1. Fix Heyy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Heyy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Heyy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Heyy" » Open Heyy - Friends, Chat & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Heyy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Heyy - Friends, Chat & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Heyy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Heyy - Friends, Chat & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Heyy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Heyy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Heyy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Heyy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Heyy not working

2. Fix Heyy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Heyy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Heyy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Heyy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
