Why should I report an Issue with FriendZone - Find Friends Base?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of The FriendZone App to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Very few of my interests are on there, picked what few I could (though it was hard to find 5 in what's available) and apparently, nobody anywhere near me is on there because I haven't even heard of the counties listed, and I picked "popular" interests like Coffee and Dogs.Couldn't even log into the application! It asked me to choose my interests, but no matter what I type nothing comes up for me to choose! I thought it was a region thing, so I tried it with a vpn but it still wouldn't budge.

2. I can play an ad to filter by location but then instead of just saying 'no one is in Sheffield' it shows me people in Manchester etcExtreme lack of interests (seriously, how is MOTORCYCLES not on the list?) and lack of distance filter make this worthless.

3. Two stars was the best I could give for this.Finding matching interests is really good, but making finding people who are nearby a paid feature seems like it's taking away a pretty basic feature from free users.

4. .. really annoying seeing someone I think I'd get along w but they live like five states away the entire point of me trying the app is to find people closer to meI got friend zone by someone and I was sent to a screen to message them but when I click on it doesn't work.

5. I'm getting people all over the country when I really want to find people to actually meet up and do these shared interest activities with, so it's not that helpful as someone new to my local area.

6. The interest filter I noticed has WAY more options than the interests we get to choose from when we make our profile.Had a really bad experience with the app.

7. I would like to state that to improve the app, the age and location search shouldn't need to be re-entered every time, or at least the age range.

8. Every time I opened it I'd be stuck with it loading and then it wouldn't respond at all even when I had full signal.

9. Also, I think you should be able to search for a male or female or even have another option for those who don't identify as either.

1. Fix FriendZone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FriendZone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FriendZone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FriendZone" » Open FriendZone - Find Friends Base » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FriendZone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FriendZone - Find Friends Base app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FriendZone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FriendZone - Find Friends Base" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FriendZone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FriendZone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FriendZone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FriendZone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FriendZone not working

2. Fix FriendZone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FriendZone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FriendZone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FriendZone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
