The best part about it though is that it's free!If there was a way to give it a zero I would rate it that bc tried sign up with both Google and Facebook no dice then try the sign up with email tells me I already have an account so I do the forgot password and still can't get in it🤬I can't view any articles or videos in the app.

2. id recommend this app to anyone wanting to learn lots and lots of information about puppies and training them because there is so much good information in this app and its such a fun way to learn.I get that it is for your "pup" but for some reason they can't be 5 years old only 2.

3. When i go to sign up (i've never used this app before)It says I have already logged in and shows the password I use but when I go to log in it says log in info is incorrect even though I saved it and it puts it in for me.i love this app.

4. It doesn't make sense to be able to just train one of you have many.This app is amazing, you can use it for Grooming Tips, Pet Emergency Kit, Leash Training, Crate Traning, Etc.

1. Fix My Pup Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Pup: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Pup App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Pup" » Open My Pup - Puppy & Dog Training » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Pup » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Pup - Puppy & Dog Training app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Pup servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Pup - Puppy & Dog Training" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Pup app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Pup might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Pup. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Pup then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Pup not working

2. Fix My Pup Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Pup be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Pup not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Pup may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
