At first, i was a bit scared and nervous abiut using it, but then as i got the gist of it and made friends, ive never been so happy!Very straight forward when starting the app for the first time.

11. (july 6 2019) i'm having problems though swiping up on chats because then it forecloses the app and it stops a lot.

1. Fix Poké Amino Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Poké Amino: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Poké Amino App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Poké Amino" » Open Poké Amino for Pokémon Fans » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Poké Amino » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Poké Amino for Pokémon Fans app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Poké Amino servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Poké Amino for Pokémon Fans" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Poké Amino app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Poké Amino might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Poké Amino. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Poké Amino then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Poké Amino not working

2. Fix Poké Amino Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Poké Amino be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Poké Amino not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Poké Amino may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
