PokeRaid Customer Insights
1. 5 seconds to load a page, so by that time, the raid is full, pushing for auto join, which costs 50 coins, so you end up using them fast.
2. It feels like they have intentionally lagged the screen to join a room, leaving you out of luck.Was 5 stars but has been lagging since the last update.
3. There's no indication you've been put in a room unless you stare at the screen, so you can accidently end up spending more than you intend sometimes.I really enjoy the app, the only thing I am not the biggest fan of is the lack of a changelog or release note feature.
4. You only need some remote raid passes, then use the "auto add" feature, which allows you to get alerted whenever one of the raids you'd like to do is available, and it'll add you to an available group.
5. On the plus side I always have people to help me with five stars.I love this app which gives you the availability to potentially catch "regionals" that players may never get in their specific location of the world.
6. Its a simple invite or join (you just need remote raid if you're joining or if you cant reach the gym during the time).
7. Some sort of release notes on things changed would be super helpful, and if there is already, it being more widely accessible would be awesome.It could be a great app, but too many issues for what it is.
8. They've implemented a new feature that allows you to only auto-join with users with high ratings, which so far has worked well; I've rarely lost coins to trolls or bad users who forget to send invites with this setting activated.
9. For the last week (no matter what time it is) Every single room is full.
10. My main gripes are it is definitely geared towards people using the autojoin function, which requires collecting coins, or paying money for them.
11. After inputting credentials, I have not been able to stop a message from popping up on my screen.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PokeRaid Issues
1. Fix PokeRaid Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart PokeRaid: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the PokeRaid App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PokeRaid" » Open PokeRaid - Worldwide Remote Ra » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PokeRaid » click "UPDATE".
- Clear PokeRaid - Worldwide Remote Ra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PokeRaid servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PokeRaid - Worldwide Remote Ra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check PokeRaid app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PokeRaid might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall PokeRaid. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PokeRaid then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PokeRaid not working
2. Fix PokeRaid Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PokeRaid be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PokeRaid not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PokeRaid may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

hi i purchased the booking for axew raids today june 5th and i only got put into one raid room and not any other ones even though there were more raids showing up. i spent 1300 coins to book a time slot and was only put into one which is ridiculous and then my time slot disappeared on me at 5:10 and it was booked until 5:15.

I just set up a mega steelix raid. I didn't notice at the time of setting the raid up, but the poke raid system set it as a shinx raid. I had 5 trainer's in. I invited the trainers. Had 2 drop out because of the miss label. This in turn made it unbeatable. I and 3 other players lost there raid passes, and I'm sure that as a host I got a bad ratting. I have a 4.9 * ratting.

I just bought 100 pokeraid coins for 3.90 myr. I am requesting a refund of 50 coins. I joined an auto raid & I was the first one then someone else.. the host typed “hihihihi” I thought he was saying hi but it was laughing because he then closes the raid and thanked us for helping but never sent an invite and I just lost 50 coins for a fake raid. My account I under mouncem@icloud and I took screenshots of the raid and messages showing he instantly closed and NOONE else had joined except me & the other person (who joined after I did)
