1. Not good when you need to let someone in while out of town.This app NEVER works!!! Developers....Please upgrade it!Always broke not reliable at all sucksDon't always work when neededDoes not have 24 hour support.

2. if it fails to arm, it's not the app, your alarm is not ready to arm.Does not work with the latest Android on a Samsung s22 Ultra.

3. Extra money for product that doesn't work.All this does is arm and disarm.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Home StarLink Issues

1. Fix My Home StarLink Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Home StarLink: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Home StarLink" » Open My Home StarLink » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Home StarLink » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Home StarLink app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Home StarLink servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Home StarLink" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Home StarLink app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Home StarLink might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Home StarLink. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Home StarLink then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Home StarLink not working
