1. Can NABP not verify and update the expiration date after the renewal cycle has passed?)I purchased the upgrade to keep track of my CE hours from various platforms for renewal in different states.

Please keep up the good work, I have seen the app greatly evolve in the past year and it sure is very helpful.No easy way to set up registered NABP account in an authenticator app, which it requires before it will open my account even after resetting my password for my valid account.Crashes after recent update.

3. One state's hours are listed for last years renewal period and not keeping track of the current period... which was the point of the purchase.Easy to use! Keeps all 3 of my state licenses organized.

4. Excellent customer support from the developer, I've been relying on the app to keep track of multiple state licenses and their CE requirements and it has been doing this perfectly.

Would give five stars if it would simply remember my license period so that I wouldn't have to reenter it every time i log in.Not usable unless you want to pay for it because it gives you an option to pay for extra services when you log in every time and when you click no a notice you cant get rid of pops up and you cant do anything... waste of space on my phone.

1. Fix NABP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NABP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NABP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NABP" » Open NABP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NABP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NABP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NABP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NABP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NABP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NABP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NABP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NABP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NABP not working

2. Fix NABP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NABP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NABP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NABP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
