1. Therefore, it was not usefulunable to log in...forgot password and can't find a place to reset so I can't access the appNo matter how many times i tried to register, it would no accept my created password.Horrid, won't let me change the password I have long forgotten!So much fun! Works with both my EPICS, 980Q and the EPIC sewing/embroidery machine.

2. This is a fabulous app and I am so happy for the work that has been put into creating it for us!I really really would love some updates to the app! It crashes often and possibly add some help uploading a .png or .svg and making that .vp3 husqvarna compatible.I don't know what this is supposed to do but it refised to stay connected, dropped all my info, and loops right back to the tutorial page.

3. very frustrated! it would let me know when my embroidery thread needed changing or when done and now it doesnt!!Works on my phone, but can't find an Android tablet which will work.

4. Waste of time.it says i have no machines online but ive registered b4 and it worked now it doesnt.

5. The commentors who are saying this app is not notifying them when their machine needs attention are mistaken.

6. The app that notifies them about the current status of their machine is a SEPARATE app called MySewMonitor.

7. Needs to be fixed.Upon downloading, none of the sewing machines listed are what I own.

8. This app is only for the built in tutorials on the Viking wifi enabled machines.

9. Extremely disappointed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix HUSQVARNA VIKING Issues

1. Fix HUSQVARNA VIKING Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart HUSQVARNA VIKING: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the HUSQVARNA VIKING App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HUSQVARNA VIKING" » Open HUSQVARNA VIKING® JoyOS ADVISO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HUSQVARNA VIKING » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear HUSQVARNA VIKING® JoyOS ADVISO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HUSQVARNA VIKING servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HUSQVARNA VIKING® JoyOS ADVISO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check HUSQVARNA VIKING app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HUSQVARNA VIKING might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall HUSQVARNA VIKING. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HUSQVARNA VIKING then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HUSQVARNA VIKING not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HUSQVARNA VIKING be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
