Why should I report an Issue with Spotafriend - Meet Teens App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Smart Lamas Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The only real suggestion I'd make is to clean it up a bit and make it look nicer.Its a good app, but hsrd to find people actually looking to be friends, or at least in my area.

2. I expected this from Tinder, but it was reversed and I got what I wanted here, there.Very good app, it's nice to look for new people to talk to and possibly meet up with.

3. Good app overall, just the amount of ads that pop up makes it not interesting when trying to look for new people.The overall idea of this app is great.

4. A few things I'd like to see would be a way to reload people you negatively swiped into the nearest people in case you changed your mind, secondly I would like a way to exclusively see people in my area, and thirdly I would like to add more to the bio then what is allowed.

5. Update: the app has been crashing a lot more and it randomly uses super swipes which is extremely frustrating.Hello! I really like the app so far, if i could say something that would make it even better is that I'd love there to be more settings you can pick from, and also a UI upgrade.

7. Like maybe sending a notification when I get message instead of having to go back into each chat to see if the person replied or having a way to look at everyone's profile that swiped you down the list instead of going to each individual one.

1. Fix Spotafriend Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spotafriend: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spotafriend App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spotafriend" » Open Spotafriend - Meet Teens App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spotafriend » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spotafriend - Meet Teens App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spotafriend servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spotafriend - Meet Teens App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spotafriend app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spotafriend might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spotafriend. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spotafriend then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spotafriend not working

2. Fix Spotafriend Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spotafriend be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spotafriend not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spotafriend may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
