1. The airtable link isn't working anymore either.First time user and customer and I've got to say their customer service is spot on! I was having a hard time booking and after my 2nd try failed they called me up and offered to manually connect me to a partner service provider.

2. They offer a wide range of services from errands, cleaning, fixing, delivering, shopping, to healthcare needs too!The driver asked me to extend the time allotted, then taking it in good faith I did, but he ended up finishing the job in the original time allocated.

3. This is my second go around trying to input payment data, and I get no feedback from the app as to my transaction status - accepted, rejected, pending... Edit: thank you for the response! Will definitely give the app a second chance once my financials are looking better.Great! So convenient and pricing is reasonable! I even got additional help when I couldn't immediately book a driver.

4. Contacted customer service to undo the time extension and extra fee I paid for it but they declined.

1. Fix mykuya Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart mykuya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the mykuya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "mykuya" » Open mykuya » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for mykuya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear mykuya app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from mykuya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "mykuya" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check mykuya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, mykuya might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall mykuya. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall mykuya then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing mykuya not working

2. Fix mykuya Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make mykuya be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to mykuya not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, mykuya may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
