Well done!This is my second review concerning this app and I love it, I was having a problem with logging in after downloaded it on my iPad, I email myflightbook for help support after about five minutes a person name Eric email me back, he was great he help reset my password and he kept on responding until I was straight.

6. I think it has promise but its not for me with these bugs.E-mailed with a question regarding the logbook online and had an email back within 10 minutes.

7. Unbelievable customer service!! Also very well laid out with options and ability to shape the logbook for your specific purpose.

8. The date defaults to the last date that a flight was entered, rather than present day, but if a 2nd flight is entered on the same day the date in that one will be correct.

9. Original: the most recent update crashes whenever you activate any location based options, like route or auto detect t/o and landing.

10. Please change this to default to the current day.Excellent paper logbook replacement for Australian pilots.

1. Fix MyFlightbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyFlightbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyFlightbook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyFlightbook" » Open MyFlightbook for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyFlightbook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyFlightbook for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyFlightbook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyFlightbook for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyFlightbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyFlightbook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyFlightbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyFlightbook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyFlightbook not working

2. Fix MyFlightbook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyFlightbook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyFlightbook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyFlightbook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
