1. Yall need too get it together but from all other reviews I dont think I will be using this app at ALL!!!! It doesnt deserve 1 starVery fast and prompt with sending messages quick response time sometime receiving messages from the other end from inside of the jail it's 4 to 6 hours later you get the messages from the inmate but instant gratification when it comes to pressing send from your end of the line to inmate inside of the facilityI've been getting Err Connection Closed for three days now.

2. the one they advertise brings you to a voice-mail and I've left 4 messages so far with no returned call!this app doesnt work at all.... I read all the other reviews and having same problems... I keep getting error message and it takes me too something that said GO DADDY... My son just got locked up a couple days ago and I cant send him funds so he can get commissary and he is ganna be in there for a while.

3. I've been y Trying to upload my license for 3 days and it says account updated but still tells me I need to upload it I can't visit with my husband who's been incarcerated almost a week now and on top of all that there's no actual customer service number.

4. I can't get the pictures loaded to verify my identity, it took a dozen tries to finally get my card to save, and trying to find the person to send it to was chaotic as it only was showing GA for some unknown reason.

1. Fix CorrectPay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CorrectPay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CorrectPay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CorrectPay" » Open CorrectPay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CorrectPay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CorrectPay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CorrectPay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CorrectPay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CorrectPay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CorrectPay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CorrectPay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CorrectPay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CorrectPay not working

2. Fix CorrectPay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CorrectPay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CorrectPay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CorrectPay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
