I logged into the Murphy's app today on my phone and there's 1600 points missing from my account and I did NOT use them.

Somebody has been using my rewards for months now. I was under the impression rewards points went to zero at the end of every month. Then I asked a Murphy's employee and they told me to contact you guys to get the situation resolved. My issue right now is the account associated with my phone number either has the wrong email and/or someone else's email set up. I tried to reset my password and it set change password link, but never received the reset email. I have also checked spam. So if you can contact me that would be great. Was not satisfied with the way things went today I was at store #7708 at sbout 12:00 to get gas and a few other things when my wife went into pay for the gas she told the cashier that we wanted $40.00worth and when she paid for everything and came out I looked at the pump and it said that I could only pump up to $35.18

Not a complaint, just want to know how to add my points from a fuel purchase the attendant forgot to ask me for my rewards phone number to be put in as they had just switched to all prepay on fuel. The date on my receipt is 4/14/22 for $40 in fuel and the transaction number is 7165-20220414-1-3-324. If you could either add these for me or please let me know how to do so I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Trying to login to my Murphy usa app after accidentally deleting the app and can't remember my info to log back in.

I was logged out of my account and it won't let me log back in. I've tried using my email that I get my alerts on,my facebook account, and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing worked. I have almost 300 points and can't open my account to even get to deals or my points or anything because it keeps telling me to restart and reload. Everytime I try it says error.
