1. Haven't been able to do anything,can't earn points or anything!! After over a month ago submitting a notice of issue with the app,and tried to uninstall and reinstall it.

2. I have played this maybe two dozen times and I almost always get 5 lousy points with an occasional 10! That's it! That's lame man!This app is great honestly, saves you a little bit of money, so thumbs up from me! I've read some reviews and I've had the same problem, at first I used to get 5-45 points.

3. Apart from the "random points" issue great app! Please fix this if it's a bug..!!Worst rewards app ever & possibly worst app period.

4. I tried the Rev Up option and answered a group of questions but when it was finishing and adding the points, I got an error msg to try again to no avail.

5. Many ways to save and I'm still learning more each time I use it! Only issue I have so far us this frustrating little deal: you get to play "Rev it up" once a week I think where you Rev for extra points.

6. I've lived right across the street from Murphy's for almost a year now, so I've been racking up points that I couldn't use.

7. I believe i haven't gotten anything pass 15 points in a couple of months.

8. Will change review if fixed.It was great when I first downloaded it,but I have tried multiple times in the past week at least still gives error messages.

9. You can use points for discounts on store products or for a discount on your fuel purchase.

10. If I didn't live so close, I would've given up months ago.Sometimes the app gets really stingy with the rev up points.

11. Took months of coming back & trying just to finally get my completed profile to save, so I could use my points.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Murphy Drive Rewards Issues

1. Fix Murphy Drive Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Murphy Drive Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Murphy Drive Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Murphy Drive Rewards" » Open Murphy Drive Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Murphy Drive Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Murphy Drive Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Murphy Drive Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Murphy Drive Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Murphy Drive Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Murphy Drive Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Murphy Drive Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Murphy Drive Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Murphy Drive Rewards not working


2. Fix Murphy Drive Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Murphy Drive Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Murphy Drive Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Murphy Drive Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Somebody has been using my rewards for months now. I was under the impression rewards points went to zero at the end of every month. Then I asked a Murphy's employee and they told me to contact you guys to get the situation resolved. My issue right now is the account associated with my phone number either has the wrong email and/or someone else's email set up. Not a complaint, just want to know how to add my points from a fuel purchase the attendant forgot to ask me for my rewards phone number to be put in as they had just switched to all prepay on fuel. The date on my receipt is 4/14/22 for $40 in fuel and the transaction number is 7165-20220414-1-3-324. I was logged out of my account and it won't let me log back in. I've tried using my email that I get my alerts on,my facebook account, and even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. Nothing worked.
