1. Unless..... You delete the app😈.So, this app is a bit misleading, at least the first pic in the description is to me... See, what I thought was, I could choose whether I wanted to video chat with someone or text random people... So... I was in a very unattractive position and once the camera turned on, the girl on the other end, laughed so hard... A little warning before getting into a video chat would've uh, would've been appreciated...These apps are just playing with innocence of lonely people.

2. Fake users and you need to buy coins to be able to chat with users that probably aren't even real.Commercial app... So bad, I just started to use it and it asked me already to pay for... Probably full of fake/marketing profiles to push you to pay for... Calling and texting you to try to convince you to pay for... So bad! I used several other app and this is one of the worst I found.

1. Fix MuMu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MuMu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MuMu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MuMu" » Open MuMu - random video chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MuMu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MuMu - random video chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MuMu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MuMu - random video chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MuMu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MuMu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MuMu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MuMu then reinstall.

2. Fix MuMu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MuMu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MuMu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MuMu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
