1. It's not compatible with the latest android version And of lately this damn app isn't working, MTN style up you guys can do better than this.I have been using this app for the last 2 year till last month of September got crashed I had to reinstall again after downloaded it say was built for old version of Android wondering why MTN can't notice this is a shame!It needs to be upgraded as phones they keep upgrading them because it can not be used on android 10 and above.please I request the developer to do so that people can enjoy communicating with the loved ones most especially people who are in diaspora is useful to them.What happened to this app? Nobody responds to queries made and no updates since 2008? I had two numbers , I have been signed out on both numbers.

2. The only remedy MTN can think about is password reset or check network settings which doesn't work.Webphone has up to android 8.0. You had better upgraded the app to match android 9, 10, & 11 versions cz today's devices have the latest software which seems not compatible with the webphone older version rather than falsely advising us to reinstall, check the network or change password.You have started faking us who are using it, kindly update your system or you cancel it out openly rather than keeping on lying to check on my settings.
