Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix EBook Library Issues
1. Fix EBook Library Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart EBook Library: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the EBook Library App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EBook Library" » Open EBook Library » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EBook Library » click "UPDATE".
- Clear EBook Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EBook Library servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EBook Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check EBook Library app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EBook Library might not work.
