1. The tech support only replied once with my multiple emails which is quite frustrating because it affected my visibility and the amount of people who see my casting call.It doesn't allow me to apply for the castings I've been involved to, it keeps showing the purchase option, i press skip and still can't apply.

When I randomly click one it gives me random races and unfortunately there isn't a option for mixed race....It used to work quite well as it has got me connected with a lot of models and projects for September but yesterday I tried to post a casting call again multiple times but it didn't show my photos despite showing that it's up on the edit dashboard.

3. You can view your profile, apply to castings, search available castings and models, and more.

4. Frustrating and pointless, unless you just want to browse pictures of random models with no rhyme nor reason.There is no option for choosing male/female.

5. Could it be because I have seen through all the fake trust pilot reviews and the fake model profiles or could it be that like so many others I have been pulled into this scam who just want your money? Avoid them like the plague.I am impressed with this app.

6. I can't search with filter for casting! My avatar is loading all the time... I can't search models by their nations.

1. Fix Model Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Model Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Model Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Model Now" » Open Model Now » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Model Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Model Now app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Model Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Model Now" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Model Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Model Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Model Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Model Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Model Now not working

2. Fix Model Now Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Model Now be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Model Now not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Model Now may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
