MockCall Customer Insights

1. Would recommend to allDoesn't Work I paid for a day, tried to make a call then received a pop up to call another number to be connected for that other number to say that it would be ten cents extra a minute.

2. I could not use the free spoof phone call or sms because the ads would keep popping up in the middle of entering numbers.

3. Absolutely a blast pranking my wife.Installed software and tried to make a Demo Call.

4. Got a pop-up saying Demo Call was disabled due to misuse and to make calls I had to subscribe and pay $2.99/day USD.

5. Phone call works but I bought the trial for SMS.

6. Thought I did something wrong, so went back and re-did the blanks on the page, reviewed it all over, tried to make the call again, and it did it again.

7. FOLLOW-UP REPLY TO THE "DEVELOPER": Let me start by saying your response is very condenseding, given the fact that nearly every review from legitimate accounts, not your buddies, are 2 stars or lower.

8. I go to the site and the only option I have is to make a phone call ... no SMS.

9. You can call anyone from any number you want.

10. I log in with google while it allowed me to do so before I made the purchase, once I made the purchase the app told me that Google log ins are only done through the site not the app... not happy about that but whatever.

11. You claim this is a subscription based "service." What sort of subscription requires several charges a day for several days, even when the app was NEVER used.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MockCall Issues

1. Fix MockCall Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MockCall: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MockCall App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MockCall" » Open MockCall » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MockCall » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MockCall app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MockCall servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MockCall" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MockCall app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MockCall might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MockCall. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MockCall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MockCall not working


2. Fix MockCall Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MockCall be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MockCall not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MockCall may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
