MOBROG Customer Insights

1. The money that I have earned, is literally just paying for the data I have used to complete the few surveys I qualified for and opening the dead-end links.I find this an excellent way in which to voice my opinion and earn heard cash at the same time!! There are some downsides to the surveys when completing them on a smart phone though but it is nevertheless a great app! I find it frustrating at times because my profile often disqualifies me from taking part in surveys and I lose many money-making opportunities!Been stuck on an amount for a month now.

2. But technical side lacks a lot: surveys get screened-out at any point (for example at 98% complete in a 30-minutes survey, and this is a typical case), the search redirects user to a longer surveys then suggested initially and support never replies.Great app that really pays fast.

3. I would still give it a 5 because it pays within the day you redeem unlike other survey apps I know.Until your second payout, most surveys are compatible and you will experience very little problems like timeouts.

4. They only problem I find is that they will email you about a survey and have it available on your dashboard to participate in, but as soon as you click the link to start, 9/10 times, they say I do not qualify, which is ultimately extremely frustrating and a waste of data.

5. Of the possible surveys I was notified about, averaging 3 a day, I have not been able to complete a single one for the last almost 3 weeks since my second payout.

6. The surveys do pay it's not a scam, it's real and legit.

7. The app informs and notifies you of any incoming surveys so you don't miss out.

8. So changed my review to one star because you do a 30 to 45min survey and at the end you no match.

9. Sometimes there may be screenout time when you are almost done with survey.

10. Keep on say do not qualify for an survey.

11. When I finished the quiz, they always showed me, "Sorry having a problem or you do something wrong." Then, they sent me another quiz.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MOBROG Issues

1. Fix MOBROG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MOBROG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MOBROG App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOBROG" » Open MOBROG » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOBROG » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MOBROG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOBROG servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOBROG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MOBROG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOBROG might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MOBROG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOBROG then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MOBROG not working


2. Fix MOBROG Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MOBROG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MOBROG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MOBROG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I just completed a survey , and at end it said thank you survey is finished. Then I get this on my account screen. Please check it out that $1.70 means I can redeem min and go get some groceries. And I do get screenouts etc but the survey said thank you, it's completed

  • I am Camilo Jr Jinayon my payout P250.00 from MOBROG to my PayPal account failure despite I have the same email address for both Mobrog and PayPal accounts. The team@redacted. had a email for me with “Subject: We reward your loyalty” date 10 Nov. 2023, 2:38 am it indicated my balance paid out meaning I would be seeing a increased PayPal account balance of 250.00 PHP but it remains the same my PayPal balance. Now, 11/12/2023 more than 24 hrs. already had passed still no update from mobrog regarding my complaint. Pls. solve my problem!     This is because I have changed my email address from landsman2022@redacted to alp4079@redacted on my mobrog account and needs to be updated in your system (kindly).   • I've noticed lately that I've been getting no invites to take part in surveys. Furthermore, when I use the option to "Search for a new survey!", a message appears showing that an error has occured. I found this unusual as I used to be able to take surveys daily or at least every two days and six days have passed since I answered the last one. After doing some research online, I think this may be due to my use of Honeygain, which may have caused MOBROG to block my IP adress. I've uninstalled Honeygain as I would like to continue taking part in these surveys. I would appreciate some feedback on this matter so I can have some clarification on the situation,

  • On September 16, I transferred the amount of 5 euros to my paypal account. To date they have not been credited yet. There are no reasons for this problem from those listed in the relevant help article. In the mobrog app the amount appears to have been executed.
