Why should I report an Issue with Oxford Dictionary of Mythology?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Thats all have a good day, night or whatever .It seems like it could be really cool, even has a word for today, like it said charon ferried shades, but then it didn't even have a definition for shades, it didn't have a lot of things, like Sun WukongIt's good but missing so many entries, in a way I could suggest Cotterell's Encyclopedia of Mythology over this as it is more comprehensive.Other than a few spelling errors and clipped writing, a very enjoyable app.Just what I need.

2. Worth getting Premium.Pretty good, not as detailed as I'd like thoughVery very goodI LOVE MYTHOLOGYI like the app for the information it actually has but sadly that information is very limited.

3. Demon mythology dictionary and their historical fights which should be offline or nearly offline as I am very interested in demons don't know why.

4. The name is 'World Mythology' yet it is mostly Greek, Roman and Norse(like description I know).

5. Such a shame that MobiSystems products continue to disappoint by being far more greedy and lazy than they are helpful.

6. There are also many more possible mythology materials from around the world.

7. Would give all your apps a five stars if you create what I want I promise.

8. I am not saying to get every mythological being into this dictionary, although that would be awesome, but adding more would certainly be appreciated.

9. My point I cannot give 5 stars unless there will be regular updates with more information.

10. Personally I would like more Slavic, Celtic and Babylonian mythology, but that is just me.

11. I will wait and see if there are and then possibly change from 3 to 4 and maybe even a 5.The apparent 30 day trial ran out before I had an opportunity to use the app even once.

1. Fix Ox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ox" » Open Oxford Dictionary of Mythology » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oxford Dictionary of Mythology app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oxford Dictionary of Mythology" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ox not working

2. Fix Ox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
