Why should I report an Issue with Oxford English Dict.&Thesaurus?

1. The interface is a bit irritating, I don't need the social interaction, I should be able to hide that function.Classic Oxford Dictionary with a digital form, very useful.

2. Please make it possible to search phrases too.Very useful dictionary on the go but I would like to see longer and more complete definitions.Maybe the best dictionary app on Google Store but I don't like the business plan.

3. I still spend a lot of data in downloading the offline content every time.A veritable feast of nouns, verbs and adjectives to name but a few.

1. Fix Ox Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ox: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ox App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ox" » Open Oxford English Dict.&Thesaurus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ox » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Oxford English Dict.&Thesaurus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ox servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Oxford English Dict.&Thesaurus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ox app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ox might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ox. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ox then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ox not working

2. Fix Ox Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ox be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ox not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ox may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
