1. Not simple, but usableI cannot use the controls and I know how to use them, but it wont lift off, on the remote it flys well, but the app is bugged, I can see though, thanks for that😃Ive flown my share of mjx drones as well as many other brands and i know how to connect to the wifi of them.

2. Never buying anymore mjx productsjunk....get what you pay for, i have tryed everything possible to get the camera working it just wont sync up with the cameraIt doesn't work click monitor it goes to the screen for 2 seconds and back to main menu same with controlJust like everyone says.

3. The MJX H app must be closed before you connect to the wifi the drone has, if you leave the app open, it will not show video.

4. Then turn on drone, wait 5 sec, turn on wifi, connect,turn on app.

5. All mjx drones have issues and they are flight control as well as app related and good luck getting ahold of anyone at that company.

6. I would appreciate if the developers could clarify which drones can use the moniter only or which ones can use both the moniter and control features.

7. I cannot control the drone with the control section though.

8. My phone will not allow it to connect to the Gallery due to parental control app.

1. Fix MJX H Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MJX H: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MJX H App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MJX H" » Open MJX H » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MJX H » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MJX H app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MJX H servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MJX H" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MJX H app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MJX H might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MJX H. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MJX H then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MJX H not working

2. Fix MJX H Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MJX H be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MJX H not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MJX H may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
