1. I'm running pixel 2 xl and it's now working!!!! I still have to check other broken features but I'll keep you posted!The app works fine (video, data connection, photo/video functions), except for two features and that are follow me and flight path functions.

2. *UPDATE* despite getting no contact from the developers, I found that if you connect the phone to the drone first, the app will work (albeit without the maps).

3. Please issue an update to fix these problems.Is this SPYWARE? Why does this app need ACCESS TO PHONE AND CONTACTS when all it does it pictures, storage, location and WiFi operations.

4. When I denied access to phone, all it does is start with a weird message referring to ACCESS TO ROOT! I don't typically load unknown apps on to my personal phone so I may have to use a burner phone just to use this app.

5. When I try to select those, the app returns a phone GPS error message which is obviously wrong as the map shows the position of both the phone and the drone.

6. No maps load in the box, nor does the position update.. GPS within the app is glitchy, giving issues if I have Bluetooth and/or mobile data on.

7. If you record FPV directly to your phone, you only get 720P.Nice App - *WARNING Uses 5G Networks for FPV Learning curve, but it controls my Epic flight! *Your phone must support 5G Wi-Fi for FPV.

8. The jjrc x11 drone is a great budget drone but it's left down by this app there has never been an update since I downloaded it and the maker of the app has never once replied to my messages.

9. The drone is awesome and the phone connects to the drone no problem.

10. Either open developer options of your device and select mobile data connection to always on, then you'll have wifi and data at the same time.

11. I get a weak GPS signal message, even if I manage to get the phone gps status to come on by deactivating Bluetooth.

1. Fix JJRC X Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart JJRC X: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the JJRC X App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JJRC X" » Open JJRC X » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JJRC X » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear JJRC X app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JJRC X servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JJRC X" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check JJRC X app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JJRC X might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall JJRC X. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JJRC X then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JJRC X not working

2. Fix JJRC X Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JJRC X be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JJRC X not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JJRC X may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
