3. First, It must permits the user choose open RTSP or HTTP(or both) connection (actually, It opens both and this is not good in all cases).

1. Fix RTSP Camera Server Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RTSP Camera Server: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RTSP Camera Server App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RTSP Camera Server" » Open RTSP Camera Server » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RTSP Camera Server » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RTSP Camera Server app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RTSP Camera Server servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RTSP Camera Server" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RTSP Camera Server app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RTSP Camera Server might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RTSP Camera Server. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RTSP Camera Server then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RTSP Camera Server not working
