Why should I report an Issue with My books - Library?

This can find many more books than other apps, let you add folders, edit books and do manual backups... the option to link the app with a cloud, crashes whenever you try to use it.Unable to download books, I'm able to find the books and it gives you an option to add but after adding the book is nowhere to be found.

2. And if you sort by author, you'll need to manually change the authors to "Lastname, Firstname" or else Jane Austen will find herself in company with J.R.R. Tolkien.I have a new phone and on my old device I can export all my data to my Google Drive, but then when I go on my new phone on the app, there is not an option to import my data from my backup file on my Drive.

3. Not enough features for me to mend this app.Great app! I didn't give 5 stars because I'd like to sort my read books by selecting a subject (for example, only list fantasy books).

4. They have an option to back up the data but it doesn't work cause the app can't open the file, so it's pretty much useless.

5. But the app doesn't even show the subject of a book :( Hope this will be implemented, because the app is very niceI loved this app but it disappeared from my devices and now I can't download it again.

8. 1 problem I have is that when you finish a book you can set it as finished, but it doesn't then more it out of the In Progress folder into the Read folder.ALMOST perfect.

11. Inputting books isn't instantaneous, but it isn't hard.

1. Fix My books Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My books: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My books App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My books" » Open My books - Library » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My books » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My books - Library app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My books servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My books - Library" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My books app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My books might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My books. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My books then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My books not working

2. Fix My books Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My books be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My books not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My books may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
