1. Verification code not received on the numberI love this app.... Some features of this app is much better than any other app....I have been using this app since 1.5 years.... It's a good app for making frnds and earning...but things I hate now are that no more check in is available and no free silver is available while playing silver or by completing stars...do something about this please and one more thing is that whenever I try to post moments .. it always shows error in posting .. it's really irritatingI have been using this application for a long time and I like it very much but the option to mute in this application should be below DP and not even search option to friends.

1. Fix MIKA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MIKA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIKA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIKA" » Open MIKA: Live Streaming Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIKA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIKA: Live Streaming Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIKA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIKA: Live Streaming Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MIKA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MIKA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MIKA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MIKA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MIKA not working

2. Fix MIKA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MIKA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MIKA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MIKA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
