Why should I report an Issue with Mirrativ: Live-streaming App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Mirrativ, Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I fine with it being limited for Japanese user but at least fix the notification and discover page for other userWhen I'll be able to send gifts or receive them? Sadly the app doesn't have all the perks as the Japanese version, you can't send gifts so you can't participate at 90% of the events there.

Definitely would recommend this to any and all mobile streamers.the app is sensational for when I'm not having technical difficulties trying to record a video for YouTube, it's absolutely brilliant for those who want to try streaming EDIT: Well, now I can't really handle it because of it defaulting to what appears to be Japanese or Chinese...not that much of a fan nowThe app work fine last year and this early year but now it seem i can't receive any notification from someone i follow whenever they're streaming.

3. This app is a sadly version of the Japanese so even as much you want some cool outfits, you'll never get them because this app seems more like a lite version, just to stream and don't do anything else.

4. Other than that, this is the best, if not the greatest streaming app for mobile.Other than being an amazing platform with tons of users ranging from any race, origin or creed.

5. Until this global version gets updates, isn't worth.it's good so far, but I wished it had an option to change to English language.

6. Developers no longer detail updates for the EN app and not much seems to change outside of events.Love it, make constant streams with great quality.

7. App severely diminishes the quality of streams and isn't as fleshed out as other streaming platforms like Twitch or even Youtube.

8. All the perk is limited to Japanese user certain app also only available in Japan.

9. Only real downside is apps completely in Japanese language.

1. Fix Mirrativ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mirrativ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mirrativ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mirrativ" » Open Mirrativ: Live-streaming App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mirrativ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mirrativ: Live-streaming App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mirrativ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mirrativ: Live-streaming App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mirrativ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mirrativ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mirrativ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mirrativ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mirrativ not working

2. Fix Mirrativ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mirrativ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mirrativ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mirrativ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
