Why should I report an Issue with تمكين - تحفيظ قرآن?

1. I wish that you work on this appIt's really very amazing idea but it need some work like voice recognition because I say a word it told me the word in other way I wish to make this problem and thanksVery useful mashallah.

2. Peace!The app still needs alot of work but the voice recognition works almost perfectly! Will download again when 'tashkeel' and 'tajweed' correction is available.This app is great but I don't know why it turns music volume to 0.

3. and please please please add audio feedback for wrong and wright ayas so when a Blind user like me is reciting holy Quran she or he can understand errors because now just there is a vibration if you recite right or wrong thank you so muchvoice recognition is not working as expected.

6. But please make the button that shows the next word bigger! The google voice transcriber has its limits, so the button offers a great substitute.

7. I had this idea a while ago in the back of my head but wasn't sure if it us possible with the current technology and Arabic speech recognition.

1. Fix تمكين Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart تمكين: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the تمكين App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "تمكين" » Open تمكين - تحفيظ قرآن » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for تمكين » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear تمكين - تحفيظ قرآن app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from تمكين servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "تمكين - تحفيظ قرآن" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check تمكين app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, تمكين might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall تمكين. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall تمكين then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing تمكين not working

2. Fix تمكين Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make تمكين be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to تمكين not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, تمكين may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
