1. Does what it's designed to do.App did well for a short time and then it stopped working it does not show you any image of anyone try to get in on your phone but you would get a notification that's it and there's no way to reset it I have deleted it and reinstall and it still does the same thing so technically I would say that it's a waste of your time to have it on your phone and it never recorded anythingDOES NOT WORK it does not take pictures, does not sound an alarm, and does not give a notification.

4. Congratulations on making a "security" app that that breaks my phone's security completely.This app is a good one.. but.. the internet should be on to capture the photo of the one who tried to open or tried any wrong password on the phone.

5. App is good, but waaaayyyy too many ads (every single time you click something or go back, an ad pops up) and alarm sound after 3 attempts doesn't work.

6. so we will know that someone tried to open the phone but not who.. it's a bit unsatisfying.Although I gave the app all the permissions it wanted, it doesn't do anything.

1. Fix Hidden Eye Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hidden Eye: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hidden Eye App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hidden Eye" » Open Hidden Eye: Catch your friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hidden Eye » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hidden Eye: Catch your friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hidden Eye servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hidden Eye: Catch your friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hidden Eye app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hidden Eye might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hidden Eye. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hidden Eye then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hidden Eye not working

2. Fix Hidden Eye Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hidden Eye be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hidden Eye not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hidden Eye may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
