1. I shut my divise down multiple times and it does not work! Only rating 2 stars because it sometimes works.This app sucks I can't access my language arts materials because there is no e-book of it fitted for my device which I find ridiculous because there should be an e-book that everyone can use no matter the size of their device.

2. After they turn white, they don't come back, trust me, I've waited.It used to work very well, but two years ago they made an update and now the pages cannot be enlarged.

3. I didn't have access to a computer, so I downloaded this app to HOPEFULLY get it done, but at points it had all the words on the page on one space, so it looked like one jumbled mess.

4. It has been this way for many years and I wish I could just delete it from the internet so nobody else would have to use this horrific app.Its really annoying because sometimes when I click on the chapter it works and sometimes it does not.

5. Then have to sign in again to come back to same page(such a time consuming process) Gets stuck with a white display screen always when I refresh.

6. P.s., why aren't all these apps ONE??? Why do I need a completely different MCGRAW HILL app on my phone for my textbook? Seems like just a desperate grab for downloads.

7. Super buggy, sometimes the pages load, then don't respond, then respond, then turn white.

8. My experience with both app and website has been upsetting.THIS APP IS TERRIBLE! I have to use this app for school because it has my text books on it.

9. Not worth your time, or phone space.App takes forever to load.

10. This app is garbage, and if you're looking to do some homework on here, because you waited till the last minute and you can't get to your computer, you're pretty much S.O.L... Sorry, it's a really bad app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 Issues

  1. Restart McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12" » Open McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing McGraw-Hill ConnectED K-12 not working
