1. Don't take a chance buying this hoping that it might work seems alot of people having the same problems.Turn the location on your device! Go to settings, then the app, then permissions, then select location permission, then choose "allow all the time" and the workbench will update or connect to bluetooth!the app seems to work well on my phone however the bench itself seems to be missing a few bits from the box that are needed to build the models and we have one piece that is broken in the box.

DO NOT BUY THIS!awful app! if i knew the app was completely useless before i bought the toy i wouldnt have bought it and im thinking about taking jt back now as faulty anyway because every 10 seconds the bluetooth disconnects so its absoluteley pointless! impossible to use with app, i have emailed them about app but no reply yet! you cant advertise the app to go with it if it doesnt work! will there be a fix for this asap or should i just take it back.Called to check compatibility of tablet/ device.

3. Try to use my phone S9 as a listed compatible device and we cant connect it via blue tooth.absolute joke DO NOT BUY !!!!!!! waste of money app is useless never worked properly through a single car build tried on samsung tab 4.

5. got a reply about e-mailing them to help sort it out, they replyed to ask what parts were missing and now ignoring my e-mails.pos. cant get passed the first prompt screen.
