1. Note I've had this things since Xmas 2020 and this is the first day we finally got it to work after noticing the location tip.. Shame on these developers for omitting that part - also inform your customer service staff, butI guess you all don't want to advertise that a child location has to be on to use a toy that supposedly only requires Bluetooth .I have to give 1 star because the ap will not connect.

2. I'd recommend putting your money towards another play kitchen as it's not worth what we paid for it without the app!!!Was fun back when it first came out and the app could still connect to the kitchen.

3. Please fix connection, I have tried restarting, reinstalling, literally everything and it still will not connect! Really wanted to use the recipes for the kitchen but it's pointless to even try anymore.When you can connect this is a great app.

7. Little Tikes sent me a new sound module, still won't connect.So frustrating when it will not connect but your 2 year old hears the music and gets all excited.

2. Update the Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen" » Open Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cook 'n Learn Smart Kitchen might not work.
