1. Looking at the reviews the button has been broken for almost a year so I assume this app has no support and will never be fixedMy kid likes this game, but the button for removing ads doesn't work and there isn't an ad free version in the Google Play app store.

2. No way of getting passed the level so have to close down and open up the app again and go back to the beginning.Awful. There are far too many ads in the free version of this so I tried to purchase the ad free version as my toddler was getting very frustrated with the constant ads.

8. I have the noise on so my son can hear the names of the shapes as he goes but then we get deafened by Uber Eats every 3 levels.My boy enjoys this, so I paid for the no ads, but I'm still getting ads and when I try to restore purchases I get an error code.

1. Fix Smart Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Ba" » Open Smart Baby Shapes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Baby Shapes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Baby Shapes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Ba not working

2. Fix Smart Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
