Why should I report an Issue with SkinSwipe: trade CS:GO skins?

I would recommend the app if it wasn't for this issueIt helped a lot in the begining but after a few months there is glitch idk why but we get logged out even though we didn't log out and have to do all the steam thingy again and again it happened to me many times and the biggest loss I ever had is when I used the super trade the marked prices are not their real price I once traded awp fever dream worth 5.24$ with desert eagle mecha industries worth 6$ but on checking it out on steam it was only 3.84$. Big loss for me I guess.....Got scammed once because the prices on the app is not accurate.

2. I wish there was an option to watch an ad to gain free coins.it was good and smooth, but now i can't even open the app, it gets stuck on loading screen and IF it opens i have to sign in and it will freeze againIt was a good app at first but then it started to glitch.

3. Its quite frustration to scroll down to find the item that i wanted again, and again, can you fix it?Was a great app before they made everything 10 coins, I simply cannot afford the amount of coins I need to trade.

4. ThanksI wanted to do a trade, but then the app logged me out of my account, now I cannot log back in because it just takes me to a "join steam page" that will not allow me to log in.

7. And in old app we could reject the trade by swiping it right, but in new update we must open the trade, scroll all the way down and click delete, even if that trade doesn't interests us or unprofitable.

1. Fix SkinSwipe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SkinSwipe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SkinSwipe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkinSwipe" » Open SkinSwipe: trade CS:GO skins » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkinSwipe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SkinSwipe: trade CS:GO skins app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkinSwipe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkinSwipe: trade CS:GO skins" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SkinSwipe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkinSwipe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SkinSwipe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkinSwipe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SkinSwipe not working

2. Fix SkinSwipe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SkinSwipe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SkinSwipe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SkinSwipe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
