Why should I report an Issue with Topps® WWE SLAM: Card Trader?

1. The new animation when opening packs in the store, mystery boxes or the prize wheel causes the game to spend forever loading, if it loads at all, and it does it for every single card I recieve, if I have a pack from the store it's faster to close and reopen the app, which takes away the fun of opening the packs.Can't ever sign in had the app for months but the log in always says I need a update but never updates very disappointing.

2. if you're gonna go digital with trading cards, the app that provides that service should be well made, easy to use, and less taxing on mobile devices.Updated review: card packs have gotten better, still not perfect but coins are viable now which is awesome! Game doesn't seem to crash or lag as much now.

3. I wish there were at least a very slight chance at rare cards in the coin bought packs.Decided to try this Topps app since I have the Marvel one and it works great.

4. My only gripe is that I can't take part in Free coins as there is never any videos and the play to earn only gives me a message that there aren't any offers and to visit the given page if it persists.

5. Not sure what happened but I'm just not enjoying it like I used to.As someone who grew up watching WWF in the late eighties and early nineties I can remember walking to school early to spend your dinner money on sticker packs for your album and then trading at lunchtime.

6. Whenever I open packs with the new fire animation the game becomes extremely laggy, an issue I have never experienced in any other game.

7. As your response to my inquiry I had both apps but when opening the Topps digital archive it always said I needed to update and I go to update and get no response after the update which it never downloaded and the app kicked me out after trying it at least 10 times I gave up.

8. The wheel sometimes constantly loads so I have to restart the app a couple times, once I bought a pack and it just took my coins without giving me the cards.

9. I pressed 'update' in the app and it took me to the store page for the archive app.

10. I went to the store page and had no option to update.

11. When I do click the link, the page freezes all the time so can't raise an issue.The new look and features are the ones which I wanted for days.

1. Fix Topps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Topps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Topps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Topps" » Open Topps® WWE SLAM: Card Trader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Topps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Topps® WWE SLAM: Card Trader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Topps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Topps® WWE SLAM: Card Trader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Topps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Topps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Topps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Topps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Topps not working

2. Fix Topps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Topps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Topps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Topps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
