Backstory: I already had a MeWe account and was paying $4.99 by CC monthly. About a week ago the login changed and I was not able to access the original account. Using the new Login page, I wound up accessing MeWe again and using an annual payment. Question/issue: Will I be charged twice now for original monthly subscription AND annual? If so, how do we cancel original monthly subscription (remember, I can not access original account now). Thanks

I would like to delete my MeWe Acc please. I Uma Le to do this from my iPhone as it is broken and cannot be fixed. As I understand under the GDPR/CCPA this request is to be taken seriously. My MeWe Acc is under my name being Rongonui Howard Clark.
May I request that someone touch base with me via email crongonui@redacted to ensure that the MeWe Acc has been permanently deleted.
I wish the MeWe platform all the best. I encourage you all to keep up the great work, however I don’t use the platform as often as I would like therefore I ask that it be deleted.

I messed up and deleted this account and I need youto completely delete it together with the email so that I can register with this e-mail again. I deleted it and tried to register again but it is not letting me saying that this email is taken.
My original email account was earosen@redacted. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to cancel my subscription and to delete my account on MEWE. I am still getting billed for a subscription and service that I do not use. PLEASE complete this and notify me of same.
I would like my account deleted! I deleted it in March, 2021. I have been charged $4.99 each month since then. I have also sent emails to your support email with no response. This is beyond ridiculous!!! I want it deleted and I want a refund of $14.97 ASAP!!! Under GDPR or CCPA I do not need to provide a reason for my request, and I am not. The penalty for your non-compliance is a $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

Someone hase blocked the way of making new contacts.
I saw in my email a person called Charlotte Melinda who wants to be a contact so i want to see her profile and she was blocked and removed and from that moment off i have a red dot with 2 in in it and my contact options are out of work.
So please help me.
