1. Don't download because it won't even let you go onto the app, waste of time and spaceThis app is supposed to be useful to make video calls for group chats, but it won't let me log back in, even if I put in the correct username and password! Also, when I try to sign in by using my Google account, and reset my password, it says to check my network connection and try again, even though it's really strong.
2. Also ones with an old friend that passed away last year but looks like everyone is having the same problem: not being able to log in...Its like this app doesn't even work anymore, i cant even login or make a new account and everytime i try its says i have bad connection when i have verizon fios internet.
3. Please dont download this app its not worth the time.It connects very badly, with frequent interruptions, and then it gives an error!! It doesn't even register!! It's awful, I couldn't believe that this is what I was adding with the computer??????I just downloaded this app and i couldn't even sign in it just kept saying.
4. When trying to register a new account it says "Network Error: Check your network connection and try again." There is nothing wrong with my network connection.
5. Going to the developer's website is not helpful either (and it is very unprofessional looking).It doesn't even let me log into the app! It keeps saying "network" error even though there is nothing wrong with the network.
6. It's not the network connection, it's the app not paying attention to it! You need to fix this immediately, or I will not install it again.When I decided to redownload this app, I wasn't expecting to not be able to use it AT ALL.
7. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and same thing happens, i go into the settings on my phone, clicked on the app to force stop and it still didnt work.
8. I have tried logging in to ooVoo using many different places with different WiFi but still the SAME MESSAGE.
9. It just says there's a network error, even though my Wi-Fi is workings with everything else.
10. I've tried from my cell connection, home WiFi and Starbucks WiFi and receive the same message with each.
11. Check your network connection and try again later.
