Why should I report an Issue with Sumaze!?

1. The game itself is great! Every level is an interesting and challenging puzzle, sometimes with multiple solutions, and I was delighted to get more in Sumaze 2! It's entirely intuitive to play while not being a copy of anything else.

AND although you can turn off the music you can't silence the needless constant bloops and bleeps.I'm in my 20s and I always felt severely stunted with maths since I barely had any classes in my teens and I was always put in the lowest level maths group as a kid while being told I was dumb by teachers.

3. Doesn't matter on most levels but one of the Fermat ones is effectively unplayable (I could guess but what's the point).Nice idea for quick mind training, but the response of the movements is slow.Great app.

4. I can't tell if it's me or the game, maths can't be that easy for me 😭.Love it but stuck on numbers 12 long division.

5. Constantly crashes on my pixel 4xl to the point where it's unusableInteresting and challenging math puzzles with hints to arithmetic theorems.Great fun.

6. Later on I was diagnosed with ADHD and I find a game format the easiest to learn maths.

7. Fun puzzles, needs a hint button or a calculator with the appropriate math function.

8. BUT: on a few levels some of the board is off-screen, so you just have to guess a first or last digit.

1. Fix Sumaze! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sumaze!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sumaze! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sumaze!" » Open Sumaze! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sumaze! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sumaze! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sumaze! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sumaze!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sumaze! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sumaze! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sumaze!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sumaze! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sumaze! not working

2. Fix Sumaze! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sumaze! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sumaze! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sumaze! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
