1. Had to go through different apps for other dr visits and always had issues, this is best by far.When I click "forgot password" and I give it my username, it just reads "forgot password" and then I click "ok".

2. To be honest don't even waste your time downloading it, tell your doctor to find another way to communicate with you.The app has been working perfectly for more than a year, until recently.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix IMS Patient App Issues

1. Fix IMS Patient App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart IMS Patient App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the IMS Patient App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IMS Patient App" » Open IMS Patient App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IMS Patient App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear IMS Patient App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IMS Patient App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IMS Patient App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check IMS Patient App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IMS Patient App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall IMS Patient App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IMS Patient App then reinstall.
