1. Customer service is pleasant but sadly they're troubleshooting a product that does not work like it should.I have a magazine subscription that I couldn't access via the website/app, so I also purchased an online subscription.
2. what's worse is this is the formal solution offered by the customer service!!! they were nice though.My subscription is for online and print.
3. As a Texas expat, I actually miss the ads.Same experience as many others- unable to access my PAID subscription thus unable to use the app.
4. FAQ section only addresses iOS/Apple subscribers so apparently Android users aren't worth their time or attention.new issue does not load automatically.
5. Good grief.After multiple attempts over a couple of months, I still cannot link this app to my subscription.
6. Contacted customer support over the app giving me a message " some error occurred " but still can't access through app.
7. Very frustrated.Every few seconds the article will refresh, returning to the top of the page, making it really difficult to read the article.
8. Unable to use.No customer service.
9. Required to agree to privacy intrusion to get to subscription.
10. I was able to login with my subscription.
11. Don't waste your time, money or space downloading this mess.
