1. kind of a disappointment.For the past year or so the app has worked perfectly fine however, the last 3 days the app keeps crashing everytime I click on my profile and it restarts itself everytime!!! I have tried signing out of my account and logging back in numerous times and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but many of these attempts have not worked.

2. The second thing is a recent feature removal: you can no longer click to someones profile from the app, which is very annoying! Please at least fix this last thing! Edit: seems to be fixed by allowing clicking on user profile picture.

1. Fix Follower Analyzer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Follower Analyzer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Follower Analyzer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Follower Analyzer" » Open Follower Analyzer for Instagra » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Follower Analyzer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Follower Analyzer for Instagra app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Follower Analyzer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Follower Analyzer for Instagra" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Follower Analyzer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Follower Analyzer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Follower Analyzer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Follower Analyzer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Follower Analyzer not working
