If my child hits the back button one too many times he ends up selecting that game, then when we back out of it the game glitches and returns to the same shape sorter game then no buttons work...My 2 year old daughter LOVES this app, gets to learn shapes and colors but i am tired of not being able to restore my purchase.

3. There's a variety of other apps for free , that are as equally educational... but free!!I'm mainly leaving this because it won't restore my purchase on my tablet it did it for one of the other games I bought from them but not this one.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Baby Games: Shapes and Colors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baby Games: Shapes and Colors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baby Games: Shapes and Colors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working
